The Office of the Rectorate supports the Rector and Vice Rectors in the preparation of strategic decisions to be made in cooperation with other university bodies (especially the University Board, the Senate, the Deans, Directors of the Studies Programme, etc.).

The office team prepare the development of strategic measures, supervise their implementation if required, or control the implementation of strategic decisions, respectively.

These include the following:

• Preparation of the Development Plan
• Preparation of the Performance Agreement
• Preparation of the objectives to be agreed on with the respective faculties / centres and the university offices
